Here’s exactly what happens when you refer a client. Start to finish.

You Introduce The Client

Text or email us: client name, phone, what they’re looking for, finance status. Or just connect us on a 3-way intro email. We take it from there.

We Call Within 30 Minutes

10-minute intake call. 6 questions: goal, area, budget, finance status, timeframe, dealbreakers. That’s it. No pressure.

We Search Our Builder Network

Same day or next day. We match them to 1-2 properties from our active builder network. Off-market stock, not realestate.com.au listings.

We Present The Properties

2-3 days after intake. We show them the properties we’ve found. If it’s right, we introduce them to the builder. If not, we keep looking.

We Report Back To You

Same day as outcome. Text or email. “Contract signed”, “Finance pending”, “Presented but didn’t proceed”, “Lost contact”. You always know what happened.

Situation: Broker client had 3 weeks left on pre-approval. Been looking for 8 weeks. Couldn’t find anything suitable. Pre-approval was about to expire.

What we did: Broker texted us on Monday morning. We called client Monday afternoon. Showed them a completed townhouse in Palmview (ready now, never lived in) on Tuesday. Client signed contract Thursday.
