Do I really pay nothing?

Correct. We receive a referral fee from the builder when your purchase settles. You pay the property price — nothing more.

Why aren’t these properties on realestate.com.au?

Because they come directly from the builder’s pipeline. Some are off-the-plan and not yet marketed publicly. Others are completed properties from crashed contracts that the builder wants to move quickly without a public listing.

What if I already have a mortgage broker?

Perfect — we work alongside your broker, not instead of them. You keep your existing broker relationship. We just find the property. We are not finance brokers, but we can refer you to good brokers

How long does it take?

First call: 10 minutes. Property match: same day or next day if we have suitable stock. Contract to settlement: depends on the property stage — completed properties can settle in 4–6 weeks, off-the-plan properties take 12–18 months.

Do you only work with certain builders?

We only work with builders who are actively building in the area right now — not theoretically building, not planning to build. This protects you from delays and collapsed projects.
